These are made from 100% heavy weight cotton fabric, organic flaxseeds, rice, organic herbs and organic essential oils. 

My flax pillows can be warmed in the microwave or conventional oven to use for sore muscles, aches and pains, headaches, ear pain, sinus problems, cramps, labor pains, nursing-related discomfort, or just cuddled for warm comfort.  This is a gentle, moist heat that promotes healing and since flax is a flower seed that is about 40% oil, these pillows can be heated over and over again, retaining their moisture and heat for many years of enjoyment.

Or you may store them in the freezer to reduce inflammation, to cool a fever, for hot flashes, migraines, bug bites, and bumps and bruises.  You can't beat having a cooled, scented pillow on your neck on a hot day!  Children love these to hold over their boo-boos and the scent is quite comforting.

My lovely sugar scrubs are made from organic liquid castile soap, a blend of sugars, organic raw honey, organic coconut oil, grapeseed and safflower oils, and organic essential oils and herbs. 

These scrubs serve as a cleanser, exfoliator and moisturizer --all in one --and they are among my most popular items.  You may use them in the bath or shower, on the entire body and even on delicate facial skin.  Use them as often as you like!  Just apply to damp skin in circular motions and rinse clean.

The sugar serves as a gentle exfoliator that whisks away the dead skin cells making way for the nourishing oils to do their job.  Finally, the gentle castile soap lathers and cleans your skin beautifully.

~Cleansing Facial Grains

A perfect soap replacement, these cleansing grains are suitable for all skin types.  Made from a combination of ground oats and almonds, kaolin and bentonite clays, organic ground lavender and rose petals, organic poppyseeds and organic lavender essential oil~

Presented in a glass jar with a shaker top, just shake out a small amount and mix with water to make a paste.  Genlty scrub your face and neck with the cleansing grains and rinse with warm water to remove dead skin cells, firm skin and improve circulation and complexion.  You can get creative when mixing your grains.  Use apple cider vinegar in place of water or add a little raw honey for extra moisture and cleansing.

                     ~Organic Salt Glows (ultra-moisturizing!)

These hard working salt scrubs are made of celtic sea salt, pink mineral salts, magnesium salt, organic coconut oil, grapeseed and safflower oils, organic raw honey, and organic essential oils and herbs.

They make magnificent exfoliators and are recommended for use on feet, legs and arms or anywhere else that you have rough, dry skin.  Just apply by the teaspoonful in a circular motion to increase circulation, combat cellulite, encourage new cell growth, and restore moisture to your skin.  Your skin will literally glow!

There is no need to apply a moisturizer after bathing; simply pat your skin dry with a towel and you're done!  Please use caution in the shower.  The oil may make the tub floor slippery.  A little extra warm water to rinse the oil away is sufficient.
